Less than 24 hours after cruising past host St. John's in a dual meet, the Cobbers came away with four weight-class titles and 17 Top 3 finishes at the annual SJU North Country Open.

Chris Acuna was one of seven Cobber wrestlers to post bonus-point wins against St. John's. Acuna earned his 10th win of the year.

Concordia dropped the first individual match in its dual meet at St. John’s but then rattled seven straight victories on their way to a dominant 42-8 win over the Johnnies. The Cobbers won eight of the 10 bouts in the dual and posted seven bonus-point victories as they beat St. John’s for the 11th straight time.
