MOORHEAD, Minn. (12/15/25)---You can add MIAC Offensive Player of the Week honors to Maya Metcalf's (So., West Fargo, N.D./West Fargo Sheyenne HS) ever-growing resume.
Metcalf walked away with this week's MIAC Offensive Player of the Week award, three weeks after she earned MIAC Defensive Player of the Week honors on Nov. 24.
Metcalf becomes the first player in the conference to earn both MIAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors this year.
Metcalf claimed her latest accolade by dropping a career-high 24 points in the Cobbers' 80-54 win over St. Olaf last Wednesday. Metcalf went 8-for-11 from the field, 3-for-4 from outside the arc and 5-for-6 from the free throw line as she scored her 24 points in 27 minutes of play.
In addition to her career-high point total, Metcalf also posted a career-high block number (3) and had three assists and one steal.
Metcalf's career game helped Concordia post its seventh overall win of the season and third straight to start conference play. The Cobbers are 7-1 on the year and 3-0 in the MIAC.
