Fourth Straight Double-Digit MIAC Postseason Award Winners
It was another double-digit total of MIAC All-Conference and All-Conference Honorable Mention award winners for Concordia. The Cobbers had 11 players earn MIAC postseason honors marking the fourth straight season that Concordia has had at least 10 student-athletes receive All-Conference of All-Conference Honorable Mention honors.
MOORHEAD, Minn. (11/24/25)---It was another double-digit total of MIAC All-Conference and All-Conference Honorable Mention award winners for Concordia.
The Cobbers had 11 players earn MIAC postseason honors marking the fourth straight season that Concordia has had at least 10 student-athletes receive All-Conference or All-Conference Honorable Mention honors.
Concordia has now had 45 players receive MIAC postseason honors in the last four seasons.
The 11 postseason honorees helped the Cobbers record their second consecutive 7-win season. CC went 7-3 in all games and posted a 6-3 mark in conference play. Concordia finished in a tie for third place in the MIAC standings, which is the third straight season they have recorded a Top 5 finish in the final league standings.
Jaiden Musse (Sr., Naples, Fla./Lely HS) and Sam Dioszeghy (Jr., Mound, Minn./Mound Westonka HS) led the Cobber All-Conference crew. They received All-MIAC honors for the second straight season and were two of the four players to repeat as conference postseason honorees. Dioszeghy and Musse were named to the All-Conference Team last season and Musse earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in 2023.
Angel Reyes (Jr., Darwin, Minn./Dasse-Cokato HS) and Eric Cockhill (Sr., Helena, Mont./Capital HS) were the other two repeat winners for Concordia. Reyes was named to the All-Conference Team for the first time in his career. He earned All-Conference Honorable Mention hoors in 2023 and was named the MIAC Rookie of the Year in 2022.
Cockhill goes back-to-back with Special Teams All-Conference Honorable Mention honors. He also earned the award for his standout play in 2023.
MIAC leading rusher Mason Hughes (So., Glendale, Ariz./Pinnacle HS) and Grant Mages (So., Osakis, Minn.) joined Dioszeghy and Reyes as the Cobber All-MIAC recipients on the offensive side of the ball, while Jace Springer (Tucson, Ariz./Salpointe Catholic HS) and Kyle Mages (So., Osakis, Minn.) gave the Cobber Black Shirt Defense a trio of All-Conference award winners.
Senior captain McHale Korf (Pelican Rapids, Minn.) and first-year defensive lineman Troy Hansen (Sauk Centre, Minn.) were recognized for their play on the defensive end and were named to the All-Conference Honorable Mention Team.
Concordia made it two first-year players to receive postseason honors. Mitchell Druley (Norwood Young America, Minn./Central HS), the team's punter and kicker was placed on the All-MIAC Honorable Mention Team for his punting prowess.
