Cobbers Cap Pre-MIAC Schedule At St. Kate's Invite
Concordia finished off the pre-MIAC Championship Meet portion of its schedule by finishing 12th at the St. Catherine Fall Invite.
EDINA, Minn. (9/21/25)---Concordia finished off the pre-MIAC Championship Meet portion of its schedule by finishing 12th at the St. Catherine Fall Invite.
The Cobbers opened the meet with a team total of 333 on Saturday at Eagle Valley Golf Club in Woodbury and then carded a 354 on Day 2 at Braemar Golf Club in Edina which will host the MIAC Championship Meet in two weeks.
The 2-round total of 687 was 22 shots better than Concordia posted last year at the same meet.
Nora Benson led the Cobbers for the second time in three meets this season. She started the tournament with a 79 which included two birdies and finished with an 87 that also had two circles on the card. Benson's total of 166 was good for a tie for 43rd place.
Sophomore Madi Ramler posted a pair of scores in the 80s and was one shot behind Benson. Ramler opened with an 85 and came home with an 82. Her 82 on Sunday was the lowest score by a Cobber for the day.
Addicyn Zimmerman was No.3 for the Cobbers in the individual standings. She posted an 81 on Day 1 but then fell back with a 94 on Sunday.
Aubry Zimmerman and Lauren Lamp completed Concordia's traveling squad. Aubry Zimmerman finished with a 180 (89-91) and Lamp record a 2-round total of 185 (88-97).
The Cobbers will have a 2-week break before returning to Edina to play in the MIAC Championship Meet on Oct. 4-6.
